If you encounter any quality problems when using our products, please feel free to contact our customer service team, we will be happy to solve the problem and provide a satisfactory solution.
Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receiving the package and get a refund (excluding shipping cost). To make a return, please contact our customer service via chat or email and they will explain the process to you. The cost of return in case of withdrawal is borne by the buyer. Returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging. If the conditions are not met, the customer will lose the right of withdrawal and the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Misdirected or damaged goods
Despite the best efforts of our order pickers to provide an excellent service, sometimes errors may occur. In such cases, please notify our customer service so that an exchange and delivery of the ordered product can be arranged. Please contact our customer service first. Your order may have been divided into multiple packages, one of which may still be in transit.
Backorders and Supplier Delays
Some items in your order may also be backordered due to supplier delays beyond our control. In such cases, we will note this on your delivery note and send you a notice as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
